With advance voting for our municipal election starting tomorrow, BVE interviewed all interested mayoral and councillor candidates so that you can hear directly from the candidates themselves. We are pleased that all three mayoral candidates and eight council candidates were able to participate.

How are you going to decide who to vote for at the upcoming municipal election (Oct 18th)? Hopefully not by who has the most lawn signs or name recognition!
The Canmore All-candidates Election Forum on the Environment, co-hosted by BVE, the Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative, and Bow Valley Climate Action Society is tonight from 7-9pm.
This will be your chance to see which candidates will stand strong for the environment and climate change challenges facing our community. Do they have what it takes to lead our community through the challenges of the next 4 years? Attend and find out for yourself. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
