BVE sent out this 10 question survey to all 3 Mayoral candidates and all 11 Councillor candidates. Only Jeff Laidlaw, Sean Krausert, Vi Sandford, Wade Graham, Jeff Mah, Karen Marra, and Rob Seeley responded. The following candidates did not answer: Vijay Domingo,Tanya Foubert, Hans Helder, Jeff Hilstad, Joanna McCallum, and Jyn San Miguel.
Question 1. There was unprecedented community concern over TSMV’s Area Structure Plans this past winter. Both were subsequently rejected by Council. TSMV has now appealed these rejections to the Land and Property Rights Tribunal. Would you support the Town going to court if these rejections are overturned?
